clint eastwood to direct beyonce in'a star is born'

Hollywood directing powerhouse Clint Eastwood has signed on to direct actress and singer Beyonce Knowles in yet another remake of 'a star is born'. this would be the fourth remake of the 1937 classic that starred Janet Gaynor. Judy garland and Barbra Streisand starred in subsequent remakes. mad men star Jon Hamm, Will Smith, Eddie Murphy and Russel Crowe are considered for the male lead role. the story is about the relationship between a woman with a rising star and a celebrity with a fading star. twisted, ain't it?
